Residents of all ages, nationalities and cultures were united by the community’s most colourful celebration on 16 March. Armed with water cannons and fistfuls of reds, blues and all hues imaginable, over 200 children and adults savoured the opportunity to ‘colour up’ their neighbours.

A few residents even brought along their hand-held drums, beating out a rhythm with the upbeat music that filled the air. The festive atmosphere triggered everybody’s dancing feet, as shrieks of joy rang over the excited chatter.
