The eagerly anticipated annual Happiness Day event took place on 5 April, as residents of all ages flocked to the Central Lawn to take part in the festive celebrations. There were plenty of games, dancing and music in addition to carnival booths, candy stalls and bouncy castles.

The live parade marched its way through the event, while lanky stilt walkers towered over the fascinated youngsters. Face painting stalls offered toddlers and adults alike the opportunity to transform into magical personalities, while the sports zone offered the more competitive spirits a chance to battle it out on the foosball and air hockey tables.

With the day drawing to a close, residents took in the joyous aura and began counting down the days until the next community event.
